Child Safety Standards Policy
Last Updated: September 22, 2026
1 Zero Tolerance Policy
At Omegle: Anonymous Chat App, we consider the safety of children our highest priority. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform. Our platform is only for users aged 18 and over, and no content or action that puts children at risk is tolerated.
2 Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on our app:
- Sharing, requesting or distributing any sexual material involving children (CSAM).
- Sexual approaches toward children (grooming), blackmail or sexual coercion.
- Any speech or content that promotes, defends or normalizes the sexual abuse of children.
3 Reporting Mechanism
To keep our users safe, the app includes an easily accessible reporting system. You can instantly report any suspicious situation, CSAM or CSAE violation using the "Report" button on the video match, voice room, chat or profile screen.
4 Actions Taken on Violations
When any content or user violating our child safety policy is detected:
- The account's access to the app is immediately and permanently blocked.
- The material and user information are promptly reported to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant local/national law enforcement authorities.
- We fully cooperate with the competent authorities during investigations.
